Active: paying on time. Trial: on a free or discounted intro window; auto-converts on the trial end date. Paused: billing and check-in are off for a set time or until you resume them (vacation, injury). No card payments are taken and they can't check in. Pause and Resume are buttons on the member's profile. Overdue: last recurring charge failed. See /members?filter=overdue. Cancelled: no longer a member; kept for history and reactivation.
